This template has issues[edit]

  1. To use this template, you have to put in the century you want, minus 1; instead of just putting in 20 and getting the 20th century, you instead get the 21st century
  2. The template lists the years ending with 0 to be in the previous decade (e.g. the year 1620 being in the 1610s decade) while the actual subcategories include 1620 in the 1620s decade. This makes this template misleading to be included in those very category pages.

The same goes for Template:Deaths in century.
